Follow these steps to have an easy, comfortable and safe shopping experience:
STEP ONE: Add an item to your shopping cart
• Locate the item you want by browsing the category pages or using the website search.
• Once you have found the product you want, select and add the quantity of products you want.
• Click ADD TO CART.
STEP TWO: The shopping cart
• This is how you can check that the products in your shopping cart are correct and you have the possibility to change the quantities you are buying (to remove a product, change the quantity to 0). You can also include a promotional code here if you have one.
• To continue shopping, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
STEP THREE: Order details
• The next page will ask you to enter your password (or register) and then provide your billing information and delivery address. If you have already saved this information in your User Profile, you will not need to fill it in again.
• You now have the option to gift wrap your order.
STEP FOUR: confirmation
When you are finished shopping, click the “CHECKOUT” button.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to continue with the checkout process. Please note that you can modify the contents of your shopping cart during the checkout process before clicking “CHECKOUT”.
• Once your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will appear and you will be provided with your order number, confirming that your order has been successfully received. Shortly after submitting your order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
• If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you would like to inquire about a previously placed order, please contact: compras@kocobelo.com Please have your order number to hand.
• All prices indicated for products available through the Website do not include taxes and do not include shipping costs.
• The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus taxes and shipping costs.
